The 2025 Scarefest Weekend Shuttle schedule

MAIN SHUTTLE PICK UP AND DROP OFF IS IN FRONT OF THE HIGH STREET ENTRANCE TO THE CONVENTION CENTER.

friday, October 17th

Because the buses are used by Employment Solutions during the day, they’ll begin ScareFest service at 7:00 PM.

Hours: 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Route: Central Bank Center ↔ Clarion ↔ Hilton

Special Evening Service:

9:00 PM: Shuttle departs for “Centuries of Spirit” at The Living Arts and Science Center with Aaron Sagers. Bus will return for pickup at conclusion of the event.

Saturday, October 18th

Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Route: Clarion ↔ Hilton ↔ Central Bank Center

Special Evening Service:

7:30 PM: Continuous service begins to and from the VIP Party at Manchester Music Hall.
- You can park once at the convention center and take the shuttle to the party—no need to pay for additional parking.
8:15 PM: Shuttles depart for Spirits of the Vineyard at Talon Winery with the Tennessee Wraith Chasers.
- Buses will return guests to the Central Bank Center or to the Clarion/Hilton after the event.

Sunday, October 19th

Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Route: Central Bank Center ↔ Clarion ↔ Hilton

We encourage you to leave your vehicle at your hotel and take the shuttle—avoid extra parking fees and enjoy an easy ride to the show!

Shuttles depart every 30 minutes or sooner if full.
If no bus is present, please be patient—they’re likely in transit or delayed slightly by traffic.

pick-up locations

Clarion Hotel
Pickup is located at the end of the building near the Sedona restaurant.

From the front doors: turn left and walk to the end of the sidewalk, past the restaurant.
From the back (convention center) doors: turn right and walk to the end of the sidewalk.
Look for the buses or shuttle signs.

Hilton Lexington Downtown
Pickup is in front of the hotel restaurant (main tour bus area).
Because this is a busy pickup zone, the shuttle may need to circle or double park briefly to load passengers.

ScareFest is proud to partner with Employment Solutions, an incredible program supporting adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.

All shuttle buses are handicap and wheelchair accessible, and each is driven by Employment Solutions staff members who also assist participants with daily activities like job training, life skills, and community engagement.

These drivers go above and beyond every day—not just during ScareFest. Please take a moment to thank them and show appreciation for all they do! Tips are appreciated!
